The battery has an internal BMS that supports up to 4 batteries connected in parallel for increased amps, or series for increased voltage.
The BMS also protects the LiFePO4 batteries from short circuits and more.
The low self-discharge rate means you only lose 2 percent capacity per month. This helps increase the life of the battery and means maximum available power when you need it.

I'm running a 6ah, 24ah and now a 100ah on my kayaks. The 6ah replaced the Striker 4 battery that I would have to change out every year. So far, I have not been able to drain it completely on the water and the charge times are amazing.
