Return and Refund Policy

Any item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

• Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
• Internal software serial numbers will be customer matched.
• Shipping regulations will require the original packaging or equivalent. 
• All returns should be initiated through our ticket system.
• Refunds can take up to 5 days after receiving the item.
• Refunds will be returned to the payment method used for purchase.
